Hello Technology Department,
Is there any way possible that we can purchase our old laptops from the district, during this technology refresh? I very much would like a new laptop, but I kinda would like to hang on to my old one too.

I am gathering the legal information required to allow both teachers and students the ability to purchase old computers. If this does happen, only the old Windows laptops will be an option since Apple has agreed to do a buyback program with the old Macs.

Being the Magnet School dance teacher, I have hundreds of songs in iTunes -- either purchased, copied and saved from CDs of friends/co-workers, etc. How can I save these and place them on the laptop?

You can copy the entire music folder under your name and then copy it back to the new laptop once you receive it.

I live and work everyday in Vacherie and am unable to make it to LHS for the computer purchase, is there any other way for me to purchase an old laptopwithout going to LHS to do so, or can I send someone else to purchase on my behalf.
